By accessing or using EAscope ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including users participating in our beta program.

2. Description of Service

EAscope is an enterprise architecture mapping platform that enables organizations to:

Model and document business capabilities
Manage application portfolios
Map relationships between capabilities and applications
Create strategic roadmaps
Visualize coverage gaps and opportunities

The Service is currently in beta and features may change without notice.

3. Beta Program

During the beta period:

The Service is provided free of charge to approved beta testers
Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time
The Service may experience downtime or interruptions
We may collect feedback and usage data to improve the Service
Beta access may be terminated at our discretion

4. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

Create an account using valid credentials (Microsoft SSO or email/password)
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Upload malicious code or content
Share your account credentials with others

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASCOPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export of your data prior to termination.
